  • Can I count on walk-in clients?
    While there will be walk-in customers, they will be limited. A successful Roxie Salon Suites salon owner will have an established clientele. We would advise you not depend on walk-in business for any significant portion of your business.
  • Do I have 24/7 access to my studio?
    Yes. There is an electronic security system that provides access to Roxie Salon Suites facility.
  • Who is responsible for cleaning and maintaning my suite?
    All cleaning of common areas, break room, lounges, bathrooms, and hallways are maintained by Roxie Salon Suites. However you are responsible for the cleaning of your own suite interior.
  • Are there laundry facilities available?
    Yes. There are coin operated washer and dryers located in the break room.
  • Can i Sublet my suite with another beauty professional?
    Yes you can sublet to another beauty professional. We just ask that one payment is arranged for non double suite.
  • What is provided in each suite?
    Cabinetry, Mirror, Styling Station, Styling Chair, Retail Shelving, Shampoo Chair and Shampoo Bowl.
  • How do I start?
    The first step is to call and make an appointment to see our suites. This will include a consultation to answer any questions you may have and we can show you how to make a smooth transition into salon ownership. Initially it may seem overwhelming but we have designed resources for you so that business experience is not required. Our success will be determined through your talent, skills and how well you serve, maintain and build your clientele. After you choose your suite, paint colors, and make a nominal deposit, you will receive our start-up manual and full support from the on-site manager. Everything you need to know-including licensing, marketing resources, where to get insurance, a check list for setting up your studio and more.
  • How long does it take to get my suite up and running?
    Plan on two to four weeks from the moment you decide Roxie Salon Suites is for you to the first day you seat your client in your new chair.
  • Do I have to sign a lease? How long are the leases?
    We have a minimum of a one-year lease obligation however rent payments are decreased by a percentage if signing a two-year lease.
  • Will my clients like this concepts?
    Your clients will love this concept. Privacy, personal attention and stunning studios what’s not to love? Our suites feel more exclusive and glamourous. If you think about the conversations that you have in a traditional salon setting most of them are personal and does your client really appreciate being overheard by others in the room? Most likely not! Does she enjoy sitting in front of strangers with curlers or foils her head? Thousands of clients around the country have fallen in love with this concept.
